LIFE IS A JOURNEY
LET'S MAKE SURE YOU
ENJOY THE RIDE
Raquel Sadler, M.A., NCC., LPC, CCST
It is an honor and a privilege to journey alongside you as we work towards understanding the barriers that are preventing you from meeting your goals. I use an integrative approach of empirically based clinical techniques that are client centered. I meet my clients where they are. Together, we will work to dig deeper and look at the root of the problem. As we journey towards your goals, I will offer support, encouragement, and tools to help facilitate lasting change.
SAND TRAY THERAPY
Sand Tray Therapy is an expressive form of therapy that allows a client to non-verbally express their world. Sand Tray allows clients to construct their own microcosm using miniatures and sand. The newly created microcosm acts as a reflection of the client’s own life, which presents the opportunity for awareness, examination, resolution of conflicts, and creating connections. Through Sand Tray clients are able to generate healing, powerful restoration, and impactful change.
The worldview of a child is often naturally expressed through the medium of play. In play therapy, I meet the child where they are, explore their world with them. Together, we will process through their feelings and work to understand their problems. Play therapy is a powerful modality that facilitates change and healing.
Group Therapy allows individuals to come together to access support, understanding, encouragement, and skills to face their problems. Groups members are able to freely express themselves in a safe and supportive environment that leads to awareness, growth, and healthy change.
